JB Associates has a long-standing relationship with one of the UK’s largest telecoms providers. This client operates through 16 major data centres within the UK alone, as well across a variety of smaller cell sites.
Under a framework agreement, we offer technical and commercial management, design and risk management and project control from cradle to grave on a wide array of projects.
These projects can consist of small OPEX plant and network upgrades to large scale CAPEX infrastructure upgrade projects ranging from £10,000 to £5 million.
Some examples of the projects we have been involved in include:
- VESDA upgrade and replacement works
- Cooling upgrade works
- Major infrastructure upgrade including HV upgrade and changeovers, generator replacement, LV panel replacement, new whitespace construction and UPS replacement
- Whole site cause and effect analysis, including risk identification rectification
- Security profiling and upgrade including CCTV and analytics, access control and intruder management, SR rated secure walling and compound enhancement
