JB Associates’ team of data centre and mission critical specialists is working alongside a global technology company that owns, manages and runs some of the most complex establishments, designed to meet the world’s growing data needs.
Our relationship with the client has seen us take on multiple roles to help drive forward their planned capex and opex spend. Our team has worked on sites across Europe and the Middle East with a combined load in excess of 25 MW, with projects valued anywhere between £25,000 to £10 million. These include:
- Single point of failure remediation
- Energy efficiency projects
- Expansion and development
- End of life equipment replacement
- Security enhancements
We are providing project and programme management – both pre and post-contract – to ensure best practice delivery of the projects on behalf of the client. Whether we are travelling to sites and liaising closely with the local teams, vetting and auditing design, organising stakeholder meetings or reporting to the client directly, we aim to deliver the projects on time, in budget and to the highest standard.
We are also providing commercial and quantity surveying support, which includes responsibilities such as compiling requests for price, contract negotiation, capex and opex budget management and cost reporting.
